During a yoga class, the yoga teacher is there to give directions so you can find your own way. I believe the best way to practice yoga is the way that feels right for you. Everybody and every body is not only physically different, but each has their own rhythm and way of breathing. Since the practice of yoga is led by the breath, your practice is therefore very personal and unique. It is your own experience. Always be your own teacher.
